    Bonin has worked at the highest levels inside organizations and has been responsible for some of the most successful organizational transformations; the rapid growth of some of the world’s most-loved billion-dollar brands including Oreo, Cadbury’s, Ritz, Trident, HoneyMaid, Stride Gum, Pepsi, MountainDew, Gatorade, Quaker Oats, Doritos, Cheetos, Frito-Lay and many more. During his time at Mondelez, Bonin managed over $3 billion dollars in media spend, making him the seventh largest media buyer in the world. He drove 2 billion in top line growth from media alone and 300 million in savings. In 18 months, he led the company’s eCommerce from 60 million to 260 million by leveraging his organizational mindset change approach.
    After leaving corporate he set out to help businesses of all sizes grow. As Chief Growth Officer of Sundial brand he helped them grow from 200 million to 300 million in 12 months then selling to Unilever for a little over 1 billion dollars. He launched Bonin Ventures, a growth accelerator and investment firm and used his approach to grow everything from a Bagel Shop to an exercise studio to emerging tech platforms. His most recent endeavor, Group Black, has in less than 16 months become the largest diverse media collective in the US. He has been named Fortune “40 under 40”; Fast Companies “Most Creative People in Business” and is an inductee
    into the Advertising Hall of Achievements. He has written two books, has won numerous awards around the world for his work but most importantly has helped companies and teams achieve growth beyond their wildest dreams.
