Bryan Dodge’s 30 plus years in the business development and consulting industry has enabled him to become one of the most sought after commodities in the country! His company, Dodge Development Inc., has a proven track record of helping businesses and associations overcome adversity, build their organizations and achieve their goals. Not only is Bryan an expert at helping family-businesses identify problem areas, he is especially proficient in equipping them with all the tools they need to grow and prosper.
Professional History
Bryan’s professional history started with a company he created in the early 90’s called “The Results Educational Network”. It included alliances with some of the nation’s top-speakers and trainers including Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins. The mission was to strengthen every aspect of what businesses were made of, including the most important asset, its people!
Bryan developed a special endearment for family-based businesses and their unique set of challenges. This would be his “defined calling” so to speak and is what he decided to give his complete professional life to.
In 2008 Bryan formed Dodge Development Inc., a company completely focused on this mission;
Family business matters—Helping family and business grow together.
This is the mantra that Bryan and his company Dodge Development Inc. live by and function under. Strengthening a business from within, putting people in a position to flourish, and organizing the foundation is a formula that has been proven over and over. This defines Dodge Development’s vision statement which is;

Originally from Colorado, Bryan and his wife Margaret currently reside in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. They’ve raised three grown children who have their own thriving careers, and 3 young grandchildren who they love spending time with! They still create time for each other which is in line with one of Bryan’s core principles—Family always comes first!
