Social Awareness has become the modern form of Emotional Intelligence. It revolves around being conscious and deliberate. This session will teach you to recognize others’ communication styles, allowing you to adjust to their preferred methods and facilitate understanding. Recognizing that 75% of the people around you are different enables you to be purposeful with consumer behaviors, empathy, listening, and managing challenging situations. Daniel Goleman, the author of “Emotional Intelligence,” suggests that interactions with people can account for 90% of our stress.
